Exchange mailbox

1. Download Outlook from the app store
2. Open Outlook and tap Get Started.
   

   

3. Enter your full email address and click Sign In With Exchange.
   

   

   Note: If you see Microsoft 365 logo and Microsoft account, select Not Office 365 option at the top.
   

   

   Then select Change Account Provider > Exchange.
   

   

   

4. Enter the password for automatic configuration and tap Sign In.
   

   

5. Enter all the settings manually if the automatic configuration fails.
   To specify server settings manually, click Use Advanced Settings.
   • Server name: your Exchange Proxy server name
     There are two sets of settings that can be used for Domain and Username fields:
   • Domain: leave it blank
   • Username: specify the full email address
   • or ActiveSync domain and username
