To Record/Re-record a Greeting From An External Line:
  • Dial the Auto Attendant number
  • Enter the unique extension used for recording greetings, followed by #
  • That can be found in Edit data > Settings to record menu greetings
  • Enter the PIN used for recording greetings, followed by #
  • Enter the menu number, which can be found by clicking Greeting > Record greeting
  • Alternatively, listen to the prompts which will name all menus and their corresponding menu number. Enter the menu number of the menu you want to record a greeting for
