Here's how to transfer an active call to an internal extension or external phone number
- During a call, on the handset, press the Transfer (soft key). The active call is placed on hold
- Enter the recipient's internal extension or external number
- As soon as you hear the ring-back sound or after the recipient answers, if you wish to talk privately to the recipient do that now
- Press Transfer again
- Place the handset on the cradle to complete the call-transfer
Note:
- You can cancel the transfer before the call connects by pressing the Cancel (soft key)
